“Nine-Curve Red Plum” Introduction: It is a famous traditional tea product in Hangzhou and a treasure in black tea. “Nine-Curve Red Plum” Tea is produced in Shuangpu Town, Xihu District, with the best quality products from Dawushan in Hubu. The picking standard for Jiuqu red plum requires one bud and two leaves for initial development; It is made through blanching, kneading, fermentation, and drying (baking), and the key lies in fermentation and drying. “Nine-Curve Red Plum” is called this name due to its red color, clear fragrance, and taste. It has a sweet and mellow taste, which warms the stomach. The appearance is as thin as hair, curved as tight as a silver hook, and hooked together in a circular shape. The color is dark and moist, the taste is rich, the aroma is fragrant, and the bottom of the leaves is red and colorful. This Tea is a Kungfu black tea with excellent quality, unique charm, excellent color, aroma, and shape. It has been produced for nearly 200 years, and became famous more than 100 years ago.
