The picking standard for Jiuqu red plum requires one bud and two leaves for initial development; It is made through blanching, kneading, fermentation, and drying (baking), and the key lies in fermentation and drying. “Nine-Curve Red Plum” is called this name due to its red color, clear fragrance, and taste. It has a sweet and mellow taste, which warms the stomach. The appearance is as thin as hair, curved as tight as a silver hook, and hooked together in a circular shape. The color is dark and moist, the taste is rich, the aroma is fragrant, and the bottom of the leaves is red and colorful. This Tea is a Kungfu black tea with excellent quality, unique charm, excellent color, aroma, and shape. It has been produced for nearly 200 years, and became famous more than 100 years ago.
